by mail by requesting an absentee ballot
early at the Beltrami County Elections office starting Friday, October 16th from 8:00am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
early at the Beltrami County Elections office on Tuesday, October 27th from 8:00am to 7:00pm
in person at the Beltrami County Elections office Saturday, October 24th, 31st, and Sunday, November 1st from 9:00am to 3:00pm

Register to Vote . To vote you must be: a U.S. citizen; at least 18 years old on Election Day (16 & 17 year-olds can pre-register); a resident of Minnesota for 20 days; not currently incarcerated for a felony conviction; not under a court order that revokes your right to vote
